But do you know where the surprise in the flavors is? When you discover there’s a piece of hard-boiled egg inside. For me it’s special that mix of textures and flavors.

I saw that, but you had me at the blistered tomatoes. Back in the day, I remember putting a piece of cheese in the center of the middle of the meatball, too! Have you ever seen the meatloaf with the boiled eggs down the middle?
